The Successful Practice
Workshops: Workshops can be delivered according to the need of your group, organization or association. By tailoring the workshop to your specific needs, then interest, utility and satisfaction are increased. As with all workshops, they begin by surveying the attendees to determine what they hope to achieve or get out of the workshop. That way the content delivered is adjusted on the spot to reflect the objectives of the learner. A well received workshop is: Build, Brand, Market, Close: Building Your Successful Peacemaking Practice To be successful in today's economy with today's client, a successful practice must address four key areas: innovative and flexible services; differentiating yourself and services from others; conveying your services to others and converting referrals into actual clients. Workshop objectives include: 1. Learn how to build innovative and flexible services; 2. Learn to brand and differentiate your practice from other service providers; 3. Learn how to market or convey your service to others with a differential approach; 4. Learn how to close or convert referrals into clients by meeting their needs. Check out this workshop’s evaluation. By the way, in case you can’t tell… learning is fun whether a group of 10 or 900!

Beyond Build, Brand, Market and Close, service providers face other challenges: Managing difficult people/clients; Determining policies and proceedures; Developing forms; Constructing an informed consent process. Workshops can be developed upon request to address these and other issues….
